Document/Understand Current State
¨ The
current culture and motivation are understood (by modelling).
Analyse / Determine Target State
¨ Utilising
the processes and disciplines provided by PEAF as a baseline, the current
models are modified to reflect the target culture and motivation we wish to
operate.
Plan Transition
¨ Create
a detailed plan of the things that need to be done to rollout the changes made
and make them real.
