This phase is concerned with rolling out the changes to the Methods, Artefacts, Culture and Environment developed in the previous phase, into live operation in addition to mitigating any outstanding risks.

This work is detailed in the following sections.

Once that has been done, there will be a gap in the process while those changes bed-in and are utilised.

At some point in the future (perhaps after six months or one year), the measures provided by the PEAF Maturity Model are utilised to determine if our increase in maturity has been achieved. From that, an Adjustment Plan may be created and agreement and resources sought to execute it.
