“Yes - Much better model for learning EA than others due to simplicity of design versus convoluted other models. Anyone of reasonable intelligence can pick it up and leanr it, while other frameworks have an overly ritualized system and often require a heavy IT backgroudn to understand.” - consultant, Flynn Enterprise Management, USA, May 2010

Here we illustrate how the components of MAGMA are related. Don’t forget that to enable Transformation, each is represented at different levels of Idealisation/Realisation.

Motivation at the top is what drives the Transformational Information and what is produced at the bottom is primarily a set of Actions required to satisfy that Motivation.

Guidance and Measures are also produced to guide and measure those Actions, while the Assessment expresses why the Actions, Guidance, and Measures have been decided upon.

Where is your Transformation Model defined?

Does it cover all areas?

If you mapped it to MAGMA would there be any overlaps or gaps?
