This view shows how the various roles of Transformation map
to the different phases of Transformation and in what way. These are not hard
and fast divisions of labour but illustrate how the same pattern is repeated at
each level, thus enabling the whole to work together.
RACI is used here; Responsible,
There are two patterns here that make the whole cohesive.
Role Pattern - If we
consider roles, each role is Responsible for
one level. That role is also, by definition, Accountable
for the level below. That does not mean that one person cannot work at more
than one level, in that respect that person is performing two roles but can
only wear one hat at a time.
Phase Pattern - If we
consider phases, there is someone (or more than one) person at each level Responsible for doing the work in that level. In
order to do their work they must Consult
people from the level immediately above and below and Inform people two levels above and below.
