What do we mean by Communication? We mean talking to people. Educating them. Briefing them. Putting things in their minds that change the way they think about things, the way they make decisions about things, the way they perceive things, the way they look at things.

"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

- Albert Einstein

Dealing with peoples worries, fears, confusions, misinterpretations, uncertainties, delusions, mix-ups, doubts, reservations, suspicions, anxieties, apprehensions, concerns, phobias, uneasiness, etc, etc, etc.

90% of ALL EA initiatives fail because communication was either not done at all or was done at such a level that it might as well not have been done at all.

PEAF provides Books, Slidesets, Training and Toolkits to enable this communication to happen. In fact (like all frameworks in the Pragmatic Family - PF2) PEAF allows you to update and modify the content to be even more applicable to your Enterprise, and then to publish your own Books, Slidesets, Training and Toolkits to the people within your Enterprise to aid communication.

If you only take away one thing from the whole of PEAF, take this.

IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, OR YOU DO IT BADLY, YOU WILL FAIL.
