Never underestimate the kind of things that a good culture can create.

A small change in culture (while perhaps more difficult to achieve) can produce literally incalculable positive benefits. Culture is what delivers a Strategy, or Culture is what destroys a Strategy. Depending on the culture, it's either the oxygen of an Enterprise's success, or the cancer of Enterprise's destruction. We can define as many processes and products as we like but it's culture that will make or break them.

Do not underestimate the kind of things that a good culture can create.

You may think there is a limit to good culture - a point at which when the potential effects could be so fantastic that people would pull back, Google proves to us that there is potentially no limit to what opportunities good culture can generate. Opportunities for the Enterprise as a whole but also opportunities for the people that work at them.

While How an Enterprise effects the whole of Transformation is becoming a Strategic Strength or a Strategic Weakness, where massive business opportunities can be gained or massive business problems will result, the same is true of culture. An Enterprises Culture is becoming (has become?) a Strategic Strength or a Strategic Weakness, where massive business opportunities can be gained or massive business problems will result.
